Ladies and gentlemen, this is the big question. Will Obama be forced to change his mind (again) about Kamala Harris? We have heard enough about how Obama sees her as a loser. He might be right. It doesn’t matter how many fraudulent polls the Democrats run. There is ample evidence that Kamala is not the people’s choice. But a combination of political realities, starting with money, have forced them to choose Kamala. The evidence suggests that Obama cast the deciding vote with the inner circle.
Since growing evidence points to Obama as the puppet master in the White House, no one is asking the right question. Rather than surveying the landscape and picking a bunch of losers, instead, who does Obama really want to replace Biden? The press during July demonstrated a brand of schizophrenia unparalled in news history. The loved Biden, they hated Biden, and then they loved him again.
Meantime, the handicapping in the back room was fast and furious.
How easily would Gavin Newsom be manipulated by Obama? What about Gretchen Witmer? How about his “wife”? Andrew Yang? Cue the eye rolling. What about Josh Shapiro? Oops, a little scandal there. What if we make a deal with RJF, Jr.? Fumigate the room, please. Hilary? Dead silence. Next. If there was not such a lousy set of choices for Democrats, Obama’s decision would be easier. Perhaps their reasoning is like this: If you can’t find the person, focus on the money. The unverified rumor is that some $200 million sitting in the Biden-Harris coffers played a big role in Obama’s decision. So, the radical leftist media went into overdrive putting all sorts of make up on this political pig. They give all appearance of making traction against Trump, but we have reason to doubt this. There is enough baggage in her recent background to quickly turn her into a political liability. The Orwellian treatment of her failed role as the Border Czar is the most garish display of a disregard for the truth. That numerous news publishers are actually deleting and altering original stories is lifted right out of 1984. This is the moment where the world gets to see who they really are. They are the voice for the tyrannical state, and they expect us, the masses, to go along with this subterfuge. Uh, no.
Given that they are failing in this rewriting of history, this run up to the convention could produce some dramatic changes in the polls. Could it get so bad that Obama has to change his mind again? Yes, it could. That’s the point of this op-ed written as a warning to the Democrats. What are you guys going to do? What are you going to do with all those “super delegates”? That the Democrat party is about to get pounded into the ground is a real possibility. Until that moment, they have to take a truly serious look ata real open convention. What are you going to do as Kamala’s public standing corrodes, decays, and falls apart in your hands?
It should be self-evident that if it is about an open convention, it is about a dark horse candidate. Will it be a Democrat governor everyone ignored? Will it be some charming Silicon Valley billionaire? Or, maybe another constitutionally ineligible candidate from India. Facetiousness aside, this nation has a long history of surprise results from national conventions. The kinds of rough and tumble we saw in the 19th century may make a return, and that is a good thing. The Democrat elites will just have to take their chances if they want real grassroots support across the nation.
There is another perspective Obama and the others should consider. What they want has to be done in phases. The Democrat party is at a political nadir. The old guard is passing, and the new generation is still not ready. That is a reality they are still fighting. But it is far smarter to accept this is not their time. Just saying.
